Prepare the ingredients:
✅peeled shrimp 200 g
✅your favorite pasta 150 g
✅Tom Yum paste 1 tablespoon
✅olive oil 1 tablespoon
✅garlic 1 clove
✅1/2 small onion (40 g)
✅red chili pepper to taste
✅salt, pepper to taste
✅cream 100 ml
Step 1
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat

Finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté in olive oil for 4-5 minutes

In the pan, along with the onion and garlic, sauté the shrimp for 3-4 minutes

Add the Tom Yum paste to the shrimp, stir to coat all the shrimp evenly with the paste

Add the cream to the shrimp, bring to a boil while stirring constantly, reduce the heat, add salt, pepper, and red chili pepper to taste. Stir until the sauce thickens and turn off the heat
